Waltham Flat Roofing Contractor
Waltham’s neighborhoods are full of older homes and multi-family houses, many with flat roofs that have been patched for years. Susi & Sons Roofing has repaired and replaced flat roofs in Waltham since 1982. We’re family owned, fully licensed and insured, and flat roofs are all we do.

Flat Roofs in Waltham
A flat roof that’s been patched over and over can hide wet insulation and soft decking underneath. When repairs stop holding, a full tear-off is usually the better value: we strip the old layers, check and fix the deck, and install a new EPDM rubber roof that’s seamless and built to last.
Along with homes, we work on small commercial and mixed-use buildings, where a leak can mean damaged stock, closed rooms or unhappy tenants. Whether it’s a quick repair or a full replacement, we give you a clear written estimate first, and we’re available 24/7 when a roof starts leaking.
