Serving Cambridge, MA since 1982
Cambridge Flat Roofing Contractor
Cambridge has some of the oldest housing in Greater Boston, and a lot of it sits under a flat or low-slope roof. Susi & Sons Roofing has been repairing and replacing flat roofs for Cambridge homeowners, landlords and businesses since 1982. We’re family owned, fully licensed and insured, and we only do flat roofs.

Flat Roofs in Cambridge
Many Cambridge homes are multi-family houses and triple-deckers with flat rubber or tar & gravel roofs, often with decks, railings and rooftop equipment sitting right on top. Every one of those is a spot where water can get in. We find leaks with infrared technology, repair them properly, and replace roofs that are past saving with new EPDM rubber.
If you rent out units, a roof leak quickly turns into stained ceilings and calls from tenants. Before we quote, we inspect the membrane, seams, flashing and drains, so you know whether a repair will hold or a replacement is the better investment. Every estimate is free, and every repair is guaranteed in writing.
Did you know?
Cambridge requires most new buildings over 25,000 square feet to put a green roof, solar panels or both on top (Section 22.30 of the city’s Zoning Ordinance). Supporters called it the first green roof mandate in New England.
