This multi-family home in Chelsea has a row of air conditioning condensers on its flat roof, one for each unit, with lines running across the roof and up the siding. All that equipment means more seams, more openings and more foot traffic, and that’s where the leaks were coming from. We repaired and resealed the roof around the units so the families below stay dry, and cool, all summer.
