Medford Flat Roofing Contractor
Medford homeowners and landlords call Susi & Sons Roofing for one reason: flat roofs are all we do. Since 1982 we’ve repaired, re-covered and replaced flat roofs across the communities north of Boston. We’re family owned and fully licensed and insured.

Flat Roofs in Medford
Medford’s neighborhoods mix single-family homes with two-families and multi-family houses, and many have a flat roof over a porch, an addition or the whole building. Flat roofs fail in predictable places: seams, flashing at walls and chimneys, and around pipes and vents. We find the source with infrared leak detection, then repair it or replace the roof with a new EPDM rubber membrane.
Not sure whether your roof needs a repair or a replacement? Watch for water stains on the ceiling below, blisters or bubbles in the roof surface, cracks around chimneys and walls, and puddles still standing two days after it rains. Any one of those is worth a free inspection before it turns into a bigger job.
Did you know?
Since 2019, Medford’s solar ordinance has required new buildings and major rehabs over 10,000 square feet (or with 10 or more units) to include solar, and it counts half of the roof area that’s flat or faces the sun as the “solar-ready zone.”
